the guy did good work in the past but i'm no fan of his couch rant series with his daughter.

he believes neither praise nor punishment 'work'.
i would amend that and say they are too hard to handle and pull off .. so to grapple with them, much more often leads to 'counterproductivazion' than not ... very wild and powerful tools but .. and this goes for things 'inspiringly exemplary' as well, they do not scale .. too delicate and precise, too vulnerable to contanimants.

 The only safe way to handle .. 'imaginance' [and all the thrill of attraction tale tells] is to produce as faithful a simple copy of the actions involved as possible [go pantodemic .. pantomemic .. pantomedic .... and hit the road towards common good and epigenetik benefit that way, immediate diffusion [it's the law ... i wish].

 Losing sight of that, walled off by manuels and various formalism, spells trouble. 

Keep it personal stupid!!!! Keep it kinetic, fill your stoop pit with rocks and water, stir till stiff, add more water, dive in. .. Wanna be fancy? Insulate the wall and ang a large clear sheet of hempplast holding water over it when the sun shines. Fancier still? Trace it with waterfilled plexiglas lenses. the oldest cure will forever and always remain a mudcure.
