hey buddy ... i was optimistic .. until a dementing neighbour decided to execute the wishes of his witchwife and violated a much respected herb growin on my doorstep in a sun so hot that year [2020] i had to use loads of water to keep it happy .. in between the paving bricks, just bycause they classify it as a weed .. the word for which is 'unherb' transliterated from dutch which has a word for contemptable humans that with good reason parallels it: 'unhuman'.
i quite chemo after the first of 6 planned runs and suffered the consequences ... equal to my stubbornly clinging to a life i had forfeited .. [by/after] not giving in to the real tiny & quiet but nevertheless warning voice in the back of my head. i had by then 4 years of hard evidence these people were ultra selfish and would love any excuse to be malicious. Until then it had been brute force breaking braches, just as unannounced, etcetera].
i was fairly certain i could be the mascotte and poster child for mass action suits in europe to follow the class action ones 'stateside' which are much less common in the EU and why would they, it's just givin the legal professions bones to pick clean before grinding what remains into dust so as to cover all claimants with a 'fair[y]' share ... and the companies suffer zero consequences. Their lie, bribe, pay fines an settlements fee funds are well within the kind of budgets that selects for obsessives, myopics, evil nerds, etcetera.
Hope for remedy lies with outsiders like Stephanie Seneff. Do you know her?

Enough is enough. We do not consent to being poisoned any longer. While we're fighting for our health, our government is fighting for the corporations that are poisoning us. The deck is stacked against us – and it has been for too long. It's time to send a clear message that we will not stand for this.
On April 27th, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Monsanto v. Durnell. The court verdict could set a sweeping precedent, limiting the ability of future victims to hold chemical companies accountable in court.
Here's what's at stake:
Bayer – the foreign corporation that bought Monsanto – has paid over $10 billion to cancer victims linked to their weed killer Roundup (glyphosate). And there are still tens of thousands of cases pending.
Now Bayer wants to make sure they never have to pay again.
Bayer is attacking this from every angle – pushing for legislation, executive orders, and now a Supreme Court ruling – all to get one thing: a legal shield that would mean if the EPA approves their product, they're off the hook.
A foreign corporation that has faced over 160,000 cancer lawsuits now wants a legal loophole to walk away forever – and if they get it, every chemical and pesticide company in America could get the same protection. This isn't just about Roundup, but applies to over 57,000 pesticide products. It's about the health of every American, now and for generations to come.
This is our moment to come together and rise up against this crisis. Let's show Washington that enough is enough.

Recommendation: .
As a result of the Toxicology Branch evaluation of this
study utilizing microfiche of IBT records for the study and validations by the Canadians and the sponsor (Monsanto Company, dated 6/15/78),'it is now considered unacceptable ( core-invalid ) for regulatory purposes. Microfiche records for the study do not contain diet preparation records; therefore critical raw data which would be supporting evidence that the rats received CP67573 as intended are missing . Moreover, additional major deficiencies were noted including the lack of diet preparation [below].
Background:
A Canadian validation report for this study dated 8/8/79 commented on several discrepancies-and records, did not state a conclusion regarding its validity.
Review:
No diet preparation records, such as a list of dates on which diets were prepared ( with the technician ' s signature or initials ), were found in the raw data. Without this essential support to indicate that the dogs received the test material, the study was not further critically reviewed; however following additional deficiencies, most of which were discussed in the Canadian validation , were noted during search of the records:
1) No raw data for daily observations.
2) No raw data for the control group for urinalysis,
clinical chemistry , hematology and gross and histologic examination.
3) The control group was common - w&th IBT Study No. C-981 but it could not be established that this group was run concurrently with groups of this study.
4) Health problems in the test animals were identified
during the pathology examination.
